Program Information
Students in this program will earn their OSHA 10 General Industry Certification which is a nationally recognized lifetime certification.
Topics include Introduction to OSHA, walking and working surfaces, fall protection, trenching/excavation, exit routes, fire protection plans, electrical, personal protective equipment, hazard communication, introduction to HAZWOPER, hazardous materials, bloodborne pathogens, first aid, lockout/tagout, confined space, and welding.
This certification is now required in New York, Delaware, and Pennsylvania in order to work in hazardous trades.
